Shipments
We prepare the products for delivery and/or self-collection between 1 and 4 business days.
Self collection is possiblefor free From the studio in Ra'anana or from the artists' fair in Nachalat Binyamin on Fridays only.
If you chose self-pickup, you must arrange a pick-up time by calling 054-5749494.
Israel mail delivery at a cost of 19 NIS, estimated delivery times 10 business days.
Courier to the house at a cost of NIS 40, estimated delivery times 2 business days.
Returns and exchanges
If you want to return or exchange, first contact us by phone 054-5749494 or by email orna.ceramic@gmail.com.
Exchange of products
Within 30 days from the date of receipt of the product, as long as the product is intact and has not been used in any way. Shipping costs will not be refunded!
Returning products
Refund within 14 days of receiving the product, as long as the product is intact and has not been used. Shipping costs will not be refunded!
If you want to exchange a product or return it, you can do so as follows:
Independent return to the studio in Ra'anana
You can return the product to the studio address in Ra'anana by telephone, as long as the product is intact and has not been used in any way. A refund will be given after receiving the product and checking it according to the conditions.
Return by registered mail
Products can be returned by mail to the studio address in Ra'anana.
The return will be made by coordination via email/phone and at the customer's expense, it is important to pack the product well before sending it by mail. If the product does not arrive intact, we will not be able to issue a refund. The return will be possible as long as the product is intact and has not been used. A refund will be given after receiving the product and checking it according to the conditions.
